The short version
Moroccan mint green tea: gunpowder green with peppermint and spearmint, so it has caffeine. Good hot, better iced. 3 oz loose leaf.
Gunpowder green tea with peppermint and spearmint. Smooth, vibrant and earthy, good hot and genuinely better iced. Ten minutes, one cup, and the day starts over from here.
Brewing: 2.5 g per 12 oz cup, 175°F, 3 to 4 minutes. Green tea scorches above that, so let the kettle sit a minute before you pour.
