The form asks for all of it. Takes about two minutes.
- How many people, and whether it is one gift each or a shared supply for a room.
- When you need it. Everything is roasted in small batches and packed as orders come in, so give us a week of room, more in November and December.
- Coffee, tea, or both. And whether anyone needs caffeine free.
- Ship to one address or many. We can do either. Many takes longer.
- A purchase order number, if your organisation needs one on the invoice. Tell us early and it saves a round trip.
Plan around the calendar
Employer gifting decisions are usually made six to eight weeks ahead. Find the date you are buying for, then start in the month beside it. Dates shift a little year to year, so confirm before you build a plan around one.

A note on delivery. Everything ships from the roaster in frequent small batches, so a large order can arrive across more than one delivery. Nothing is missing. If it has to be on a desk by a particular morning, tell us the date and we will work backwards from it.
Why a physician owned brand for staff gifts
Because the people receiving it will notice. Every product here is named for something that actually happens on a shift, by a working family physician who has had those shifts. It is not a logo mug from a catalogue, and it does not come with a wellness module attached.
