Where does your coffee come from?

Single origin coffees from named growing regions. Fully washed Kenyan from Othaya in Nyeri County, Peruvian from Amazonas, plus Brazil, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Mexico, Bali and Papua New Guinea. Region, altitude and process are listed on every single origin.

Is the coffee roasted fresh?

We roast in frequent small batches based on customer demand, so the coffee is not produced far in advance or held in storage. Allow a few days for roasting and packing before it ships. It is slower than pulling a bag off a warehouse shelf, and it is worth the wait.

Can I order in bulk for my hospital, clinic or practice?

Yes. The sample packs, THE PAYER MIX and THE STANDING ORDER are built for recognition weeks and break rooms. What is the difference between your sample packs?

THE FULL PANEL is six single origins. THE DIFFERENTIAL is six best sellers. CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN is six flavored coffees. Each is 6 x 2 oz, enough for a few pots each. THE PAYER MIX is all three packs together.

Do you sell tea as well as coffee?

Yes, loose leaf black, green and herbal, plus matcha. Several are caffeine free, which makes them the right answer for somebody who is already running on too much of it.

How do I actually brew it?

Two level tablespoons of ground coffee per 6 oz of water, water just off the boil, medium grind for a drip machine. Every tea has its own dose, temperature and time from the people who blended it. The full guide gives the numbers by method and by tea, and says where each one comes from.

Can I subscribe so the coffee just shows up?

Yes. Choose Subscription on any coffee product page and save 10 percent on every delivery, every four, eight or two weeks. Skip a delivery, pause, change how often it arrives, or cancel whenever you want. Nobody has to approve it and nothing is buried.
