The short version
Earl Grey. Ceylon black tea with bergamot, so it has caffeine. Good on its own, holds up to milk and sugar. 3 oz loose leaf.
Ceylon black tea with bergamot and blue cornflowers. Orange, floral, malty, with real body. Earl Grey is what every other black tea gets measured against, and nothing has knocked it off yet.
Loose Leaf Flavored Tea: Ceylon OP, Bergamot Essential Oil, Cornflowers
Notes: Orange, Floral, Malt
Scoring: High Astringency, High Body, Medium Sweetness
Typically taken on its own, though it holds up well to milk and sugar if that is how you drink it.
Brewing Method: 5-10 min, 195°F, 2.5g / 12oz

A note from me: Chief Complaint is a small, physician-owned shop, and I read every message myself. Our branded labels are just starting to ship, so if your coffee or tea arrives wearing the roaster's origin label, what's inside is exactly what you ordered.
