The short version
Six unflavored single origin coffees. Nothing is added to any of them. Every flavor named below, chocolate included, is a tasting note: what the bean itself tastes like, the way a wine tastes like cherry without a single cherry in it. Want coffee that actually has flavoring in it? That pack is CUT OUT THE MIDDLEMAN.
Six of our most popular single origins in 2oz packs, ordered all at once because you would rather have the whole picture than guess. Brazil Santos that tastes like chocolate and mandarin orange, Colombia like dark chocolate, mango and peach, Costa Rica like pineapple juice and blackberry, Ethiopia like caramel, vanilla and berry, Honduras like apple and dark chocolate, and Tanzania like cranberry and lemon-lime.
None of these are flavored. The chocolate, pineapple, cranberry, and the rest come from the bean and the roast, not from flavoring oils.
What arrives: six sealed 2 oz bags, each labeled by our roaster with the origin names below. The pack is ours. The specimens come straight from the lab.

A note from me: Chief Complaint is a small, physician-owned shop, and I read every message myself. Our branded labels are just starting to ship, so if your coffee or tea arrives wearing the roaster's origin label, what's inside is exactly what you ordered.
