The short version
Jasmine green tea. Sweet, smooth, and silky, and it re-steeps well. Has caffeine. 3 oz loose leaf.
Hand picked green tea held back until the jasmine blossoms are ready, then paired at exactly the moment both are at their best. Medium bodied, sweet, smooth, and silky, and good for several steepings, because nothing about this was rushed to hit a deadline.
Brewing: 175°F, 2 to 3 minutes. Green tea scorches above that, and this one is worth not scorching.
