A peach black tea, loose leaf, with sour cranberry and rose petals folded through it. Sweet up front, tart underneath, aromatic the whole way. Good hot. Better iced, on the one afternoon a month nobody can find you.

Black tea base, so it has caffeine. The roaster's numbers: 2.5 g per 12 oz cup, 195°F, 5 minutes. For iced, brew it double strength and pour it straight over ice.
