Single origin from San Marcos de Tarrazú, Costa Rica, grown in volcanic loam between 1,300 and 1,600 meters, then fully washed and dried in the sun. Pineapple juice and blackberry up front, almond underneath. Bright, sweet, and more complex than something this small has any right to be.
