The short version
Unflavored single origin Colombia, medium roast. Tastes like dark chocolate, mango, and peach, all from the bean, nothing added. Rounded and balanced, the default answer. 12 oz, ground or whole bean.
Single origin Colombian from Tolima, washed and sun dried at 1,500 to 2,100 meters. Dark chocolate through the middle with mango and peach around it, a rounded body, and more complexity than a first choice usually gets credit for. The one you reach for before you have tried anything else, and usually the one that works.
First line means it is what you start with. Not because nothing else would do, but because this one does, and there is no reason to make it complicated.

A note from me: Chief Complaint is a small, physician-owned shop, and I read every message myself. Our branded labels are just starting to ship, so if your coffee or tea arrives wearing the roaster's origin label, what's inside is exactly what you ordered.
